How to Fall Asleep Once and For All

This post gives proven insights on how working men living hectic lifestyles can go back to normal sleep again. After college I started my career in banking where stress is your loyal friend. I was constantly suffering irregularities and poor quality in my sleep and one day I decided to get to the root and crush it.

I was regularly exercising and going green in my diet most of the time. However, from early high school years I made the habit of getting up early to run and exercise at the cost of proper sleep. Little sleep used to fill me with the sense of achievement and I had never regarded sleep as necessary as exercise and diet until I found out it was the most important. Anxiety, depression take their toll causing chronic insomnia as well as some medications.

Luckily we are living in amazing times where we can reach out to the right men with expertise on any subject we dig in today. The following methods are simple in application, next to nothing in cost and worked instantly.

1. Herbal Teas

Chamomile or Valerian teas are exactly what the doctor ordered if you have racing thoughts keeping you from closing your eyes at night. You wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep again till early morning? You need your nerves to rest before sleep and a cup of chamomile tea before sleep worked miracles to me. I am having pleasant trouble of getting up now.

2. This Yoga Pose

Yoga has great ways of improving your body and spirit including upping quality of sleep. Fundamental imbalance in the body and emotions can also be tackled by simply doing this yoga pose for a minute before sleep. This yoga pose is said to make your skin glow too.

3. Tap Message

Some doctors have been posting free Youtube videos that can save time and money if applied.  Many people found the following method practically helpful. Try it a few times before sleep when you can't fall asleep.

Lastly, reduce light exposure 30 minutes before sleep. There is a reason why God created the dark night. Human cells recover and develop while resting in the dark. Light activates the mind and kidney, and now you realize why you want to wake up to visit bathroom at night. Turn off phone, TV and unplug everything connected to electricity in your bedroom. Completely remove stimulants, such as caffeine after midday.

I am not a licensed medical practitioner and aforementioned tips are based on my research and experience.  You know your body and keep searching for what works best for you.
